Quiet and relaxing spot overlooking scenic mountains. Lovely and comfortable rooms, as well as welcoming staff were our best experiences. Also, the presence of an indoor pool was very pleasant to us as it gave us a chance to enjoy swimming whenever we felt like it.
Unlabeled and poorly positioned hotel building caused us trouble finding our way around. On top of that, a lack of clear direction caused further confusion and frustration. Furthermore, we found the nearby spa treatments useless as most of the offered services were not available in English, preventing us from enjoying them to the fullest. Lastly, the staff lacked enthusiasm and motivation to attend to our needs properly, making our stay less comfortable than it could have been.
